(Bush Honeysuckle) Give your landscape a fresh new look with Diervilla Kodiak Fresh™. Standing 2-3 feet tall and wide, the mounding habit brings a pleasant look to the garden. This fast-growing shrub features bright lime green foliage that shows hints of orange and red on the new growth. Throughout the summer, yellow flowers emerge attracting butterflies, hummingbirds, and pollinators to the garden. Kodiak Fresh™ is a native shrub that is deer resistant and an overall easy to grow flowering shrub. Planted in full sun to part shade, Kodiak Fresh™ is hardy in zones 3-8. We have found that the foliage color is in its prime in part sun locations. Blooming off of the new growth, Kodiak Fresh™ can be trimmed in the spring or in the fall. Diervilla Kodiak Fresh™ is A Proven Winners® ColorChoice® Flowering Shrub.
